Hier weitere Fotos von Chicago - ist die Stadt nicht wunderschön?! Besonders beeindruckend natürlich die Aussicht vom →Willis Tower, ehemalig das höchste Gebäude der Welt. Mein Vater hat vor über 25 Jahren auch von dort fotografiert. Zuhause habe ich dann natürlich die alten Alben durchgeschaut. Und auch wenn sich Chicago verändert hat, bin ich mir sicher, dass die Stadt immer ihre Einzigartigkeit hatte und haben wird!
Mir selbst gefällt auch das Bild der Häuserschlucht sehr gut. Ich hatte etwas Mühe, die Farben so einzufangen, bin aber sehr froh, dass es doch noch gelang (zum Glück hatte ich eine geduldige Begleitung). Und das Bild ist einfach so... amerikanisch. Ich bin mir sicher, so etwas nie in Europa zu finden.
Some more pictures from beautiful Chicago. I was so impressed by the view from the →Willis Tower, which already enjoyed my father more than 25 years ago. At home I looked at the pictures he took; Chicago changed a lot but was and I guess will always have its unique skyline.
Personally I love the photo from the street canyon. I had to pla with the settings, to get all the colors, and I'm very happy it worked out (and that my friend was so patient). The motive is just so... american, I'm sure you can't find anything like that here in Europe.
